Welcome to the Liberia BOOST Public Expenditure Portal

The Liberia’s Ministry of Finance and Development Planning together with the World Bank developed this portal in order to facilitate access to detailed information about how public resources are spent. By making this information accessible to the broader public, the Portal aims to enhance national transparency and fiscal accountability efforts and foster citizen participation in the budget process.

The BOOST Portal will only be successful if a variety of stakeholders are engaged constructively in fiscal transparency efforts. Citizens, non-governmental organizations, press, private sector, academic institutions, think tanks and other civil society actors are therefore encouraged to explore it and provide their feedback as this project continues to evolve.
